Mr. Al Sunaid is a highly experienced transactional law spe- cialist with a broad background in business formation and management. He has been licensed to practice law in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since receiving his degree in law from King Saud University in 1987. Most recently, he was also licensed to practice in the United Arab Emirates, increasing his corporate legal scope Gulf-wide, representing companies and clients in civil, commercial, corporate, administrative, labor, commercial papers and banking cases.
