
While the educational level of women has risen sharply, the skills associated with finding work, writing CV’s and interviewing has not, and Al Nahda has found itself morphing into a modern job placement advisory group, in addition to its traditional role as a skill provider. In the future, Princess Moudy would like to see other NGO’s follow the example of Al Nahda, and rethink their programs in rural areas, eventually helping the government reformat its own social policies and work more closely with the private sector to find practical solutions to problems brought on by social change.
