My proudest achievement has been my ability to grasp the importance of people through the ability to appreciate all the hard work of those I work with. The success of any business relies on the spirit of teamwork and the sense of owner- ship carried by all. I am a strong believer in women’s equality and think women should be given equal opportunity to men in all aspects of life.
