Ms. Al Saqqaf drew up a plan for an organization that would collaborate with companies and schools, acting as an intermediary to help young people bet- ween the ages of 13 to 27 find satisfaction through part time work, on-the-job training, volunteering in community projects and learning the benefits of giving of themselves to their fellow citizens. Thus, the Lothan Youth Achievement Center was born (LoYAC).
