He was appointed the Deputy CEO of NBK Kuwait in 1998, and then served as the CEO of NBK Kuwait between 2008 and 2010. Mr. Al Sager became the Deputy Group CEO in 2010 before rising to the position he holds today, taking over from Ibrahim Dabdoub, who retired after three decades with the bank.
