Mousa Al Rubaian cites “technology” as a hobby but, in reality, his hobby is his work. His entire professional life has been devoted to integrating technology with business to create innovation that responds to the anticipated needs of the Saudi Arabian people. After graduating from King Fahad University with an Electrical Engineering degree in 1975, Mr. Al Rubaian spent 2 years in New York learning nance, credit analysis and electric utilities management with Chase Manhattan Bank and Stone & Webster Management Consultants while working with the Saudi Industrial Development Fund.
