The flagships of the Group are the new end mixed use tower going up in Al Khobar ( Abraj Al Oula) and Ryadh (Al Hamra) in the KSA. Abraj Al Oula will be the tallest building in Al Khobar, and will house a hotel, office space, residential apartments and a high end shopping mall along with a marina. The project is designed by Skidmore Owens Merrill; the world renowned architects who have created, among others, the King Abdul Aziz airport, the Infinity Tower, The Rolex Tower, The Qatar Science Center and many other state of the art high rise buildings around the world.
