« Nowadays, women are getting more opportunities than ever in Saudi Arabia, and Bedor Al Rashoudi is proud to see an increasing female workforce across every sector. “For most of my roles and the projects that I have worked on, I usually found myself to be the only woman in the room,” she recalls. While it has been a challenge, it has also been a privilege, she says, because it’s given her the chance to prove herself and to push the system forward towards accepting and truly valuing women in the workplace. So many times, Bedor has had to adapt, and be resilient, in order to succeed. But that experience has only made her stronger and better equipped to deal with all kinds of challenges one encounters throughout life. »
