Dr. Al Mulla participated in developing the legal system in Saudi Arabia by being the Head of the Lawyers Committee at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and the National Committee of Lawyers at the Council of Saudi Chambers. Often drafts of new laws or amendments to existing laws are sent to these committees for comments. The laws are also sent to the Majlis Ash Shura (National Consultative Council),whom any times defer to Dr.AlMulla for his comments.
