Dr.Abdulaziz Jazzar is an Executive Partner and Co-Founder of Malaz Capital a position he came to after a civilian and military careers planning over 24 years in IT ,print media and consumer retail sales. As a colonel in the Royal Saudi Air Force, he was Director of the Department of Computing; earning his PhD. in computer science from the University of Southern California in 1988. Upon leaving the air force, in 1993, he founded International System Engineering (ISE) in Riyadh, a joint venture with Boeing Aircraft Company to develop and maintain strategic software systems for the air force, and ran it as CEO and President for seven years. During that time ISE grew to become one of the leading system integration companies in the Kingdom employing over 300 employees.
