Al Manhal Water Company was the first departure for Mr. Al Bitar after growing the family pipe business. It produces purified water through a reverse osmosis process and quickly became a leading brand in the Middle East, with bottling plants in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Dubai, Egypt, Jordan and Qatar. Nestlé bought a controlling interest in the factory in 2000 and expanded the operation to include
other products.The company remains the number one sup- plier of purified water products in the region.
