“Mr. Ali Al Mousa got his start in public administration, where he spent 10 years after graduating from university. Working in what would become Kuwait’s Ministry of Planning, he discovered he had a strong interest in economic development. Leaving the public sector to join the oil industry, he spent about nine years with Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) during a period of rapid growth. Eventually, he was promoted to oversee the internal audit function of KPC and all of its subsidiaries in Kuwait. Through this experience he gained invaluable knowledge of the oil sector, including technical, financial and administrative operations.”
