So far, the REIT fund has raised SAR 1.2 billion, and it is preparing to raise another SAR 1 billion soon. Abdulwahhab points out that the fund invests across all sectors of real estate, including education, healthcare, residential, office, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use development.
